MSMECCII, with its deep roots in policy formulation, enterprise outreach, and sectoral representation, will now work in close coordination with Publishing Matters, a consultancy known for its excellence in academic publishing strategy, research communication, and capacity-building in higher education. 

Together, we aim to create a unified platform that supports micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), academic institutions, research communities, and industry professionals through integrated services that elevate knowledge ecosystems, enhance research visibility, and strengthen institutional and individual capacities.

Joint Initiatives and Integrated Service Offerings

Our collaboration will catalyze a comprehensive set of cross-sectoral programs and offerings, focused on five core pillars:

We will establish multi-stakeholder innovation hubs and consortia to:

We will expand access to high-quality publishing support tailored to both MSMEs and academic institutions by:

• Developing custom publishing platforms for trade associations, research consortia, and innovation networks.

• Offering scientific and technical writing services, peer review management, and journal indexing consultancy.

• Providing advisory on open access, research evaluation metrics (such as h-index and altmetrics), and publishing ethics compliance.

3. Capacity Building, Training & Mentorship

To nurture talent and strengthen institutional competencies, we will offer:

• Hands-on workshops, webinars, and certificate courses in publishing, innovation management, IPR, and scholarly communication.

• Executive education programs for MSME leaders to enhance policy fluency and strategic thinking.

• Mentorship networks for early-career researchers, entrepreneurs, and women innovators across disciplines and regions.

4. Policy Advocacy and Sectoral Thought Leadership

In our combined advocacy efforts, we will:

• Publish evidence-based white papers, policy briefs, and industry position papers on emerging issues in MSME development, research policy, and innovation ecosystems.

• Host roundtables, consultations, and forums for dialogue between government, academia, and industry stakeholders.

• Represent joint interests in national and international policy platforms, including standard-setting and global best practices.

5. Strategic Communication & Brand Development

To help organizations articulate and amplify their impact, we will provide:

• Professional editorial, design, and digital outreach services, including website development and multi-platform communication campaigns.
